D3doverrider Windows 10 Download
I don't understand what's going on here? I installed this D3Doverrider thing, and it did nothing. I was getting minor, minor stutter before the install, and I'm still getting it afterwards. Here's what I don't understand. Some people are saying that this game displays either at 60 or at 30 FPS. Then why has MSI's frame counter been saying that I'm constantly in the mid-50's when I'm in a busy town? Sometimes the counter will drop below 50, into the high 40's, but almost never does it go below.
I want to force it in AC4. And once I download it how do I use it? Where can I download D3DOverrider to force Triple Buffering? And for windows 10?
I've never seen my frames go from 60 right down to 30. So what's the deal? Yeah, your right Uncle Dude, Inspector is for OGL only right now, it seems M$ won't let Nvidia have TB cause, well, M$, damn shame d3doverider is no longer updated, i'm hearing about more and more issues with d3doverider in win 8 enviroments and compatability issues, i fear that the next iteration of Windows may make it it outright obsolete. However, further reading suggests Radeon Pro can force Triple Buffering and vsync in d3d games for Nvidia cards as well, you just can't use AMD specific features with Radeon Pro EDIT: @mickster, try running both d3doverider and Black Flag in vista sp2 compatability mode.

I just found the program by typing 60fps fix Assassin's Creed and found a bunch of videos like. The guy in that video doesn't know what he is talking about. The behavior that he is seeing where the game jumps between 30/60 FPS only is expected behavior for standard double-buffered V-Sync on a 60Hz monitor. Triple-buffering, which he is forcing via D3DOverrider, unlocks the framerate but it is no longer being synchronized to the refresh rate when the framerate is lower than his refresh rate. So while it will run at a higher framerate (maybe 45 FPS) movement will stutter. What you should be able to do to fix this is run the game in Borderless Windowed Mode and disable the in-game V-Sync option. Then enable V-Sync in your GPU control panel.
